Delete the Lamma 1 account

Request deletion of your account

To prove you own the account, enter the same username and password you sign in to the app with. We will not ask you to open the app.

What happens when you request deletion

• Your account is suspended immediately: no one can sign in with it, its sessions end on all devices, and its scheduled messages and statuses are cancelled.
• After 30 days it is permanently deleted with its data: your profile, your statuses, your stored photos and files, notification tokens, your verified e-mail, your friends, and the voice rooms you created.
• Within the 30 days you can undo it by signing in to the app with the same account and choosing to restore it.
• What remains: messages you sent to others stay with them under the name "Deleted account"; a technical record without name or picture that prevents the identifier from being reused; and reports related to user safety (identifiers only) for as long as they are needed to protect users.

Can't remember your password?

Write to us from the e-mail verified on your account at support@lamma1.com with your username, and we will verify your ownership before any deletion.
