Terms of use
By using the Lamma 1 app or creating an account in it, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and the privacy policy and agree to them.
1. The account
Provide correct information, keep your password and do not share it; you are responsible for the activity that takes place from your account. The e-mail you use to verify your account must be your own.
2. Permitted use
Lamma 1 is used for communication, chats, calls, statuses, groups and voice rooms, in a lawful and respectful way.
3. Prohibited content and behavior
The following is prohibited on Lamma 1:
- Any content that shows, exploits or endangers children sexually or otherwise (see the child safety standards below), and any grooming of minors.
- Harassment, threats, blackmail, bullying, hate speech and incitement to violence.
- Explicit or unwanted sexual content, and shocking violent content.
- Fraud, impersonation, and asking for money or data by deception.
- Spam and mass messages meant to annoy or to promote.
- Sharing content you have no right to share, or other people's photos and private matters without their permission.
- Hacking accounts or the service, spreading malware, or bypassing protections.
- Any activity that violates the law.
4. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for the messages, photos, videos, files and statuses you send or post. We reserve the right to remove violating content or restrict features.
5. Blocking and reporting
You can block any user at any time and report a chat, group or user from inside the app. Reporting may include a picture of what the chat screen shows and a reason you write (you crop and review them before sending, and they are sent only when you press "Send report"), and the administration reviews them. We review reports and take appropriate action. You can also write to the support e-mail. We do not reply to every report individually, but we do handle it.
6. Groups and voice rooms
The user is responsible for what they say and send in them, and moderators must use their powers responsibly.
7. Suspending and restricting an account
We may suspend or restrict an account, temporarily or permanently, when these terms are violated or users or the service are harmed. Suspending an account does not delete its data, and you can object by writing to the support e-mail; we will review the case.
8. Child safety standards
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) or for any content related to them. If we come across such content we remove it, permanently suspend the account and report to the competent authorities as the law requires. For details and how to report:

9. Subscriptions and paid features
If subscriptions or paid features exist, they are subject to what the app shows at the time of subscribing. When a subscription ends, subscriber features stop and the free features remain.
10. The service and features
We may add, change or remove features with updates, and the service may stop temporarily for maintenance or technical faults. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption.
11. App rights
The Lamma 1 name, its designs, icons and app materials may not be copied or redistributed in a way that violates their owners' rights.
12. Liability
We strive for a stable and safe service, and we are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the account or device or from sharing sign-in details, nor for what users post, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Deleting the account
You can delete your account at any time from the app or from the account deletion page on our website; the details of what is deleted and what remains are in the privacy policy.
