Child safety standards
1. Our position
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) in Lamma 1, including any images, video, text, chat or grooming. Lamma 1 is not directed at children.
2. What is prohibited
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or depicting a minor in a sexual way.
- Grooming minors or contacting them for sexual purposes or to exploit them.
- Sharing, requesting, promoting or referring to this content.
3. How to report a violation
- From inside the app: open the chat, group or profile and choose "Report". When you report from a chat, you are shown a picture of what the screen shows so you can crop it, write the reason and review them, and nothing is sent before you press "Send report". The report reaches the Lamma 1 team, and the moderator reviews the picture and the reason.
- You can also block the user from the app at any time.
- From outside the app: write to us at support@lamma1.com with the username concerned and what you know. Do not send the violating content itself.
4. What we do when a report arrives
- We review the report, the picture and the reason through a protected admin panel (there is no public link to the picture), and an alert reaches the support e-mail with the report number only, without the picture.
- We suspend the violating account immediately (it is barred from signing in and its sessions end) and remove the violating content, and we suspend the account permanently once the violation is confirmed.
- We keep the information needed for the investigation and report to the competent authorities (including the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, or the relevant local body) and cooperate with them as the law requires.
5. Responsible contact
